"State Farm is great but this agency is not to State Farm standards. Make sure you follow up closely on any changes you make. They admit to having your changes but "forget" to update your account unless it's a cost increase."

We have researched your statements from your Google review and no one here stated that we forgot to make changes for you. We can't make changes if we don't have the required information which we did not have prior to 12/29/2022. Once we had the required information, we submitted the changes you requested to State Farm that same day on 12/29/2022. State Farm changes policy rates and our office does not have control over when rates change. However, our team works hard to ensure a positive experience for each of our customers so we have noted your concerns and we will continue to strive to provide excellent service for all of our customers. "
